Cukai Tanah Problem

Hi all,

I had been paying my cukai tanah right up till 2010 and not for the next few years until now 2014. Reason I was totally forgotten about it due to the fact that I have not receive the cukai tanah bill for the past few years until recently I went to the pejabat tanah and check only realised that the address was totaly different!!

They printed out a bill which have a totally different address, geran, lot number and even the account number but with the correct name and the amount of total fine for 4 years. I told them the information was incorrect and insist to change it, but they only asked me to fill borang 26a ( which meant for changing address only),hand written changed the lot and geran in the printed bill statement earlier and pay the fine.. thats all!

Yes, i had checked through online with the old account number and it stated " dibatal" and the new acc no. stated "active".. wth?

I will be going to the head office in shah alam to check on this tmr. but in the mean time, Anyone have experience this where your address, geran and lot number had changed for no reason? Any advise?

hi all,

Anyone can please tell me hows the overall service both from maxis and astro for this iptv service ( from installation up to current usage of it)?

I went through alot of forums and majority had huge complaints on this service. Eg. Delayed installation date (Up to 1 months time), poor WIFI signal due to router fault.. etc.

Plan to subscribe for the this astro iptv service but after reading all the review, i guess its not the right time yet. Any comments or feedback from user who had subscribed to this service? Any1 from USJ, Subang Jaya especially who had done so?

Shortcut virus in flashdrive

Hi, I need help here in removing this virus. I did alot of research and tried alot of ways yet I still cannot remove this virus. Any ideas ?

ps: the picture showed the first window when i open my flashdrive.
