Hi property experts.

An agent arranged me for house viewing yesterday
I like the unit so much and asked the agent to meet me today to arrange for the payment.
We agreed for 1 month booking fee before i start renting in april However i just noticed that the Ren license of him expired in 2016.

So i just want to know what steps should i take to just ensure the agent is not scamming me

Hi all , i am thinking of getting a monitor but once i surveyed the price , monitors are quite expensive compared to TV,s .

For example , a 24 inch monitor is at least rm 600 and i can get a decent 32 inch TV for that..Anyone using tv to play here?..appreciate if you can share your experiences.

Guys , I heard 6.82 is coming in this next 2,3 weeks .

im expecting the nerfs in tinker , skywrath as well as faceless void..

these are the least im hoping for the nerf
Tinker
- less damage on march or change the damage type to composite
Skywrath
-less duration of slow from concussive shot(maybe 4->3.5s)
Void
-rescale or fix the backtrack percentage(currently its 25% at the max level, but i believe most of the times void backtracked more than that 25% )

Come share with me your thought and expectation for this upcoming patch.

The story goes like this... I just finished my study but now unemployed for like 4 ,5 monts already. On my birthday in September last year , my mother gimme a gaming pc as a present . I planned to do gaming as my leisure only but now it changed to a very severe addiction to my life. I dont know why but i keep playing dota like theres no tomorrow . Everyday i hope that i stop playing games but it never works. Please, someone show me the right way to balance my life .

Its not a new movie...directed by Angelina Jolie..Have u guys watched the movie yet?its kinda an awesome movie if u watch it from the start...it was on HBO yesterday..

About the ending , i assume that Ajla was pregnant...but my siblings deny it..they said Ajla only painted the picture in the final scene just to show that he is still in love with Danijel?

That Spiritbreaker is just too OP. I am good with the hero(i won 10 games out of 11 games with the hero) but i think dota will be a much bettergame without the hero. He is tanky and very mobile.He is like a non-counterable hero... I know u will argue about ghost scepter to counter him but man...too spend 1600 in the early/mid game just to counter him...its just an absolute waste...
