Some problem that i had with my guitar

I start to learn guitar for 3month.. Learn some chord and basic stuff.. But I keep get in some problem.. While i play, I can't sing.. Feel like once i start sing when I play the guitar. I get lost.. Is my problem on playing or teacher that teaching.. Did anyone face the same problem like me before?
