Hi guys, my car just got broken into from the rear left power window while parking on the roadside in kepong last night. First time this kinda thing happen to me so not sure what's the procedure and I searched online. So is it best if I go to shops like dr cermin to get it fix and they can help me with the insurance claiming process? My car is a ford fiesta ecoboost btw. Many thanks in advance.

Hi I would like to find a yoga centre in kl. I play sports so I would like to find those that can improve my strength, stamina, flexibility, reaction and so on. Any of you that have experience in yoga can recommend? Thanks in advance..
