I would share with u guys my first experience with this lady who's by the nick of ice_lynn selling me the Targus urban backpack model no TSB013US ( at the bag is TSB013AP ).. The bag she claim is original from targus that she got from her mum instead it's the imitation 1..

By the way it's my mistake also coz not properly checking the item when we do the COD.. She said to me that if got anything problem just gave her a call regarding the bag..

Because she said that the bag is the original 1, yesterday i surf targus web to register my bag.. N they require a some type like ID no and serial no.. When i try to find the serial no, i found this some big scratch at a hidden location near the main compartment zip.. 1 faulty part i found..

Bout the serial no, there are no serial no at the bag but there is a model no TSB013AP.. I try to search at the web regarding this model no, but the result is invalid model no.. The correct model is TSB013US..

So i sms her regarding this scratch n she said can send for warranty to any shop that selling the targus bag.. Then i told her that the model no is invalid at the targus web.. She keep saying to me that the bag is totally an original 1 and she not blufing bout that.. Then i told her also i cannot find any targus warranty card inside the bag instead i found a simple made card written in chinese word.. She became quite shock bout this..

Then i told her that the bag that she's selling to me is the imitation type coz before this i have read 1 thread regarding the targus warranty thingy.. All targus warranty should be written in english and would not be written in chinese..

So she told what to do?... Then i told her, can refund me back or not coz the bag that she's selling to me is not the original 1 but at her thread, she post it as original targus urban backpack..

The she said to me that, i should check first the bag before i paid her the money.. Yup u're right and that is first mistaken i've done in COD.. That time i was quite in hurry coz i need to go to RAUB pahang to attend my friend wedding coz i'm his best men become..

Then i told her, if u cannot refund in full just refund me 80% should be ok.. She refuse also to refund me..

So now i end up in situation of having a imitation bag with a big scratch..

She keep asking me to sent to any targus shop in KL.. But that would be a stupid idea right?... You know already u got a imitation bag n wanna sent to an authorize shop for warranty claim.. What do u expect the rep person over there to say to you?....

Notebook problem

I've own 1 IBM R40 n currently in used.. But i encounter this kind of problem..

The notebook sometimes can be on and sometimes cannot turn on.. Most of the time cannot be on..

I always performs on and off many times to swotch on my R40..

Sometimes the LCD display this message A20 hardware error..

When the times it can boot successful in windows, this problem occur (it hang).. Usually hang if i trying to used the keyboard..

Have sent to IMBI for repair and even the technition also have no idea whats the prob..

Hope u guy can help me..
