Betta fish sick

Guys, please take a look at my fish. He was still okay yesterday but today when I feed him, he's not eating anything and acting weirdly.

He doesn't look quite good now and I'm afraid I might lose him.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with him? He just look sick out of a sudden!

Anyone knows where can I find dried bamboo leaf/bamboo leaf in subang jaya or USJ area?

Was told to put some of those into my aquarium but I can't seem to find any.

Apart from that I would also like to find some dried banana leaf/banana leaf in abovementioned area.
