How to buy from us?
1. Contact via the contact information above to get the latest price. Pricing for electronics products fluctuated every now and then. Usually the price are valid for 1 week unless otherwise specified.
2. Dealing Methods: Courier(charges applied separately), or Cash-On-Delivery (Refer to COD coverage area below)
3. For COD, a deposit of RM30-200 for each item is required, depending on the product ordered. Once payment confirmed, we will issue you a deposit receipt via email and we will suggest a time to meet and deliver the item to you within the COD coverage areas. Official receipt will be enclosed together with the product.
4. For Orders that require courier service, full payment is required. Once payment confirmed, we will issue you a deposit receipt via email and advise the estimate time for the product to arrive. Once the package is out, we will send you the tracking number as well. The official receipt will be enclosed in the package. Any other special handling will have to be requested before the shipment is out, and they are subject to any extra handling charges imposed by the courier service provider.

COD Coverage Areas
For now, we only do COD within Bayan Lepas area. Other areas within Penang Island subject to prior arrangement.

Important notes
1. If the product is shipped via courier service, we do not take any responsibilities on damages caused during the shipment. Customers are advised to check the package for any mishandling prior signing on the receiving form. If there are clear physical damages, simply reject the package and them your reason.

Product Warranty
We acquire all products from respective product authorized distributors in Malaysia. All products are fully covered by manufacturer warranty. In case of any manufacturing defects, simply send back to us, and we will manage the RMA process with the distributors. At the end, customers will have to collect the product from us when the repair is completed, or replacement is sent back to us.
