Withdraw EPF for my second house

Hi everyone,

I would like to get anyone advice for my condition.

1) I have a first house with my husband, which is the sharing loan & joint name house. For the first house, my husband had applied to withdrew his epf.

2) Now we would like to purchase a second house, and i will be going to purchase this house under my own name for the house & loan.

3) Am i still entitle to withdraw my epf to purchase this second house, as this is my first withdraw? But, this is not my first house & the first house had withdrew the epf by my husband.

If not, any advice for me on this condition?

Hi,
Would like to check with anyone for a good recommendation to buy the wedding gown?
And any good suggestion for any wedding venue at club house / hotel?
Some friends recommend me to buy at Taobao, but i'm worry about the quality.
And, i heard that the wedding venue at Cyberview Resort & Spa is not bad, anyone have any experiences before?
Or any other good recommendation to us?
