My parents are planning to sell their house at Kampung Lorong Kota Raja 8, located next to Taman Seri Andalas, Klang. However, they are facing difficulties because the house does not have a Certificate of Fitness (CF). This issue arises because half of the house was built by a contractor, and the main road in front of the house does not meet the width specifications set by the municipal council.

Is there an architect here who can help to setel this CF issue?

Resign or not?

My current salary RM11K with EPF company contribution 20%.

I worked at same software related field for past 13 years and i'm good at it because as introvert it only req me seat Infront of pc whole day. But management decided to do reshuffle and place me to new environment (data analytic) which i'm totally not familiar as it involve data gathering, massage, analyze and share the result.

This required me to do lot of asking for assistance, info or data from my colleague and it really triggered my anxiety every morning because of not knowing what will happen or knowing there will be a request new set of data which will required me to do all above all over again.

So my father got a hall weeding business but for venue event only (with parking lot) and outsource all other stuff like catering, photographer etc. So should i resign do catering/turn few car park lot to coffee/pastries shop or just continue live with stable RM11K salary with 5% annual increment and 20% kwsp Employer contribution?
