            <description>Hii GuyZ...... &lt;!--emo&amp;:clap:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxms.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxms.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im joining gym since last month frm 51kg of body weight...Target to have a bulk lean mass in 6 month..&lt;br /&gt;in my count now..i hv gain 8kg for almost 2 month of training period.&lt;br /&gt;my diet is simple..6 meal per day..only rice+chicken/meat/ rice+fried egg/ whole egg+honey.&lt;br /&gt;my workout routine is 5 time a week (8.30pm to 10pm) rest 2 days(sat &amp;amp; sun)thats time to load more calories and protein.&lt;br /&gt;Supplement = Dymatize super mass gainer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;imkindly newbie to this, hope to get more knowledge from you all.&lt;br /&gt;Mind to share your EXP too..cheers &lt;!--emo&amp;:flex:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/flex.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='flex.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>
