Story (in chronologically order)
Friday 21-Aug-2009:
a returning customer called Cherie Chan (Keroppi_min) msn me and asked me to bring 2 Gucci Bag to my sister salon the next day, so that she can swipe credit card there. Confirmed going to the salon on Saturday 22-Aug-2009, 10am

Sat 22-Aug-2009, 10am:
Keroppi_min came to the salon, get the bag and checking the bag.
while my sister went into the salon room to take something and came out.
Keroppi_min already left the salon premises with the 2 Gucci bag worth RM4300, without paying

Sat 22-Aug-2009, 12pm:
- PrettyDeal.com owner coachfashion called her phone using several Malaysia number and Singapore number, and no answers. [size=7]<=== {this shows she is guilty}
- Coachfashion leave messages in her thread.
- Coachfashion's friend also open a thread in Resolution Center - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1138725
- Cherie immediately send an sms to say, she will pay at my sister shop at 7pm, then said will come earlier coz my sister shop close at 6pm

Sat 22-Aug-2009, 5pm:
- Keroppi_min closed and deleted all relevant information in the forum thread <=== {this is a big loop hole to shows that she is hiding}

Sat 22-Aug-2009, 6pm:
- Coachfashion sms her 2 times, and no reply

Sun 23-Aug-2009, 10am:
- Coachfashion open this thread to gather information about her from forumer
- Coachfashion send sms to her - would like to give her a chance, if she willing to pay or return the bag. do not wish to destroy her future by making police report. Still no answers

Sun 23-Aug-2009, 11pm:
- Keroppi_min left me offline messages said it was not her that communicate with me in MSN to confirm the bag
- Keroppi_min said somebody steal her phone
<=== {this is such a HUGE loop hole to shows that she is lying, coz she confirm thru msn and not phone}

Mon 24-Aug-2009, 1pm:
- My sister called Keroppi_min's office using somebody's phone to ask her to return my bag
Keroppi_min denied totally that she went to my sis salon to get the bag
- Keroppi_min called my sister back, called to my sis phone number (not the one my sister used to call her) and do not know where did she get, and said wanna meet up my sister

Mon 24-Aug-2009, 5pm:
- Suddenly, Keroppi_min promised that she will return bags tomorrow and would like to meet up personally to say sorry
- and send several sms to ensure that she didn't use the bag

Tue 25-Aug-2009, 10am:
- Keroppi_min put the bag at the main corridor, in front of stair case. and called my sister to pick up the bags
- she didn't even dare to send the bag back to the salon (my sister salon is on 2nd floor)
- check the bag everything is OK, except missing 1 coach paper bag.

*******************
Keroppi_min is my returning customers,
normally she is very particular, and only buy coach bags.
she just bot a coach bags last last weeks and swipe credit card in my sister salon in section 14.
then suddenly this week she said she is buying TWO gucci bags that worth RM4300, it already got me suprise and think....suddenly this girl so rich?

and god knows, i guess she already plan it coz she knows what happen in my sister salon and familiar with the environment, so yesterday she just took the bag, pretending checking...while my sister went into the salon room...and she is gone with the wind!

i think this is very ridiculous.... and RM4300 is a HUGE amount for ppl who is doing small business like us in lowyat forum, i strongly urge the moderator who can dig your database for her information, or naybody in the forum who deals with her before can contact me immediately.

HELP NEEDED from all of you:
do pass me any kind of information, name, phone no, email, msn, account no, photo, etc to me
or any of Keroppi_min's friend, do talk to her and ask her to repay or return the bag by Mon 25-Aug-2009 or we see Keroppi_min in police station.
