I've seen z400 but without touchscreen, where do i find one with the touchscreen?

Should I get the Acer Iconia W700 or a laptop

I know one is a laptop and another one is more to a tablet-laptop.

I don't really know which to choose

I like the w700 more but it's only i3 in malaysia, i wonder if that's alright?
I mostly use it for movies and some games like sims 3 and so on
and most importantly i use photoshop alot, will it lag with i3?
and also of course the full hd beautiful screen from the w700.
and it's lighter than a laptop too.

but what i dont like is the 64gb space it's too small for sure, but i can get an external though.

or should i get a laptop instead?
my budget will be around 2k-3k
But i cant seem to find decent laptops with full hd screen around that price range :/
anybody can help?
I'll use mostly for some games, movies, photoshop, assignments and probably opening like a few things at once(music browser game photoshop)

wondering if there's females in the civil engineering field?
and what about the job prospect, will companies employ female civil eng?
they work mostly in consultant firms right?
is it advisable for a female to take civil eng as their career?
will females have a hard time working with others in this field? o.O

So I saw this course offered by INTI-IU called

Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) – Specialisation in Digital Multimedia Dual Award with Coventry University: BSc (Hons) Digital Media Technology

I just wanna know what is this exactly about? Do i need to draw well in this course? I can't really draw well actually, so I wanna know if this course requires much drawing skills
or is it more to technical stuffs?

Help please anybody?
