Maybe it can be a good study on how we can supplement our in-between-meals to suppress our hunger pangs.

New project with natural nut butters

Hi guys,

We are just starting up a small project trying to create awareness of healthy alternatives of nut butters.

There's no preservatives and no sugar in our nut butters as we are making a stand against unhealthy ingredients. We know sugar is not all bad, but wouldn't it be better if we totally removed it from some types of food that we consume? Something like peanut butter.
