Hi, it's my first time selling a house. I'd like to ask if the quoted legal fees are ok since I'm not very familiar with this process. Appreciate anyone who knows to advice. Thx.

Hi all,

The stock tyres for my car are Silverstone PB1800 165/55/R14. I have observed that these tyres tend to lose pressure quite fast and started to have bumps on them after about a year or so.

So I'm looking to replace them with something better, yet not over expensive. Can you please suggest any? And what's the price like? The Silverstone PB1800 165/55/R14 is selling for RM170 here in Miri.

Purchasing Bungalow Land

Hi all,

I'm planning to buy a piece of bungalow land for long-term investment, i.e buy now and probably build a house on it only 10-15 years later. I'm looking at RM25psf max, so I expect it to be highly likely outside KL or Klang Valley.

1) So, I'd like to know if there's any good area within my budget. If you know any, please do share them here. Tq.

2) In term of financing, which bank offer the best deal for this kind of purchase? And what are the MOF & loan term generally offered by the banks for bungalow lands? I'm looking at around 85% for 20 years if possible.
