Experience with car with skyroof

For some reasons I am really tempted to buy a car with skyroof

According to a friend of mine who owns a Kia Sportage, skyroof can become an annoyance during rain, because the sound of raindrop could become really LOUD

I just want to gather if all car owners with skyroof are all happy with their cars?
Any problem with your car skyroof? I can imagine for a retractable skyroof there might be funny sound when you're retracting it?

Please also mention your car model here

"sunroof" is the term originally used to describe a metal panel that would only allow light or air in when opened.

"moonroof," on the other hand, is a glass panel that can allow light in even when it is closed (panoramic glass)

Can I be employee of my own company?

Hi,

I have recently registered a sole proprietorship company, and started thinking whether I should register myself as one of the 'employees'.

The reasons are:
1 - to make company profitability clearer (by deducting the cost of manpower - aka myself), not mixing company's profit and my income as an individual
2 - to allow myself to be eligible for certain organization/body for employee - eg SOSCO, HRDF
3 - tax reporting purpose

Anyone knows if it's possible?

Thanks

Career dilemma

Hi guys... i'm really troubled by the career dilemma i'm facing right now

Basically I'm in a SAP support team in company X, where I'm actually the primary person in the functional module I'm doing right now. Thanks to my boss who entrusts such important task to me, and obviously he trust me alot although I'm quite new.

My boss is very kind to me, and he's willing to send me for SAP certification. Company will pay for it, but of cos I also have price to pay, which is none other than my time. I will be bond for 2 years there once I agree. (but not tat kind of pariah bond where you wont get a cent increase during the bond period. You will be paid on market price)

Here comes the dilemma. I got another offer from company Y, which is one big company in Malaysia. i mean, quite big. My job offer is said to be a project role (mainly on project, atleast). Of course, good things have been said that training will also be provided to all the staff. but in details, not sure. And however, everything is verbal now.

As a person who only has 1 year or so in SAP, I really eager to be involved in some projects. However during the time I'm here with company X, I have not involved in any sort of projects, atmost just preparing functional specs, since everything is kinda stable. I foresee there will be new roll out, but it'll be a matter of within 2 years.

I wish to move to company Y, but everything is too verbal and uncertain. I am advised that even they say what you'll be doing/getting, you might not get it in the end. Everything is too versatile. However if I choose to stay, I get atleast one certification(guaranteed), but roll out is not guaranteed to happen in 2 years la, although most likely to happen.
But if i choose to move, it's like a gamble but with bigger repay.

Actually I kinda have answers to myself already, juz wanna hear the opinions from you guys.
Any says?
Thanks

SAP Functional Analyst

I've been working in SAP support line for a few months. Recently I "gatal tangan" and applied for some SAP Functional Analyst positions, surprisingly out of the 3 applications I made, 2 companies asked me for interview.

Now I really wonder what SAP analysts are about... what are the responsibilities, and what are the job prospects. Why would they shortlist me (for someone who is still fresh in SAP line) out of so many applicants? I suspect this position doesnt require much expertise like the consultant does, is it?
