How to get muscular?

Hi fitness people. I want a muscular body, but in the same time i still want my belly. Is there any way to get them? What type of exercise that i should do? There is no gym near me. Prefer if can buy some of the equipment to fo exercise at home.

Male, 25, 171 cm, 78 kg. Hip measurement 35.

Example, muscular around neck, chest arm, leg areas. Belly are still there but is almost stiff as six pax. U know, old man/dad bod but miscular type.

Hi all, want to ask.

Now i'm using Celcom prepaid (personal number)

I want to use a new prepaid for internet. At this new area, Digi bested Celcom and Maxis network.

Room:
Celcom - 2G line got
Maxis - failed to search for network
Digi - Got 3.5G even at confined area

Work:
Celcom - Got 3G but lag as hell
Maxis - fail, fail, and fail
Digi - Full and groove coverage

My question is, what is the best Digi prepaid plan that I can get for my money? I never use Digi before and I don't know what to choose.

What I use internet for:
1) Browsing fb, whatsapp, wechat
2) Neopets
3) Reading at mangapanda.com
4) Browsing for information at various site
5) Email for work of course

Please help me what i should choose from those Digi prepaid plan. Please don't tell me to use Umobile, no Umobile here. Thanks in advance. I can buy those prepaid tomorrow.

Yo, i used a BLM Gaga over 4 years now to go work and back home. Recently i bought a Hilux 2.5G for my family basically for farming transport. Now i want to change my car, because for the next 4 month i will be transferred to a new workplace. I need a new ride that is good in term of fuel mileage and comfort. From rent house to work is 80km and total i will travel 160km per day. I work 7 day per week. Been looking at this new Isuzu D-Max. 4x4 kaki come in.

Hi, i got a Samsung 1M laptop that are basically crippled by virus named "uIaU3k3kzmh4Otjy73o".

None of the methods that i 'Googled' on internet are working to kill the virus.
Task Manager is dead, regedit is dead, cmd.exe is dead.
Somehow i managed to install MSE yesterday but couldn't update the database at all.
Now my head is running out of idea.
I've also downloaded several other software like MBAM, HijackThis and Combofix from internet with my other laptop but when i transfer them to the infected laptop, i cannot run it at all. The file quickly become dead and cannot be opened. I try to open with Explorer but there was no such option.
Same things happen to other file, either to be opened by Internet Explorer, Notepad, WordPad and such.

Can fellow LYN help this poor guy fixes his laptop?

1) Acer Aspire 4315, broken hinge, screen can't stand ( L position) broken hinge i think, Got any idea for the price excluding and including installation? Just buy new hinge or need to change one set?

2) Samsung Galaxy S II G version, asal on bluetooth, suddenly off itself. What is the problem?

3) Sony Xperia Neo, Picture taken by camera itself blur. Camera no dust, what might be the problem?

Acer Aspire 4736z USB port damage

I have a 3 years old Acer Aspire 4736z. The problem is, the two USB port on the left side of the laptop is broken and unusable. The question is, can we fix this problem and make it working again? If not, what should i do for alternatives? I got USB Hub, but the problem is too many cap ayam brand and sometimes when we connect more than two peripherals to the Hub, some of them not working. I even try to distribute the voltage but to no avail. I'm a noob really. Please advise me on this problem. New MOBO is expensive.

Hi all, i have an Acer Aspire 4736z that is 3 years old. I have some problem i want to ask on how to solve this.

1) The two USB 2.0 is broken (pin is broken), can we fix this by laptop service?
2) The laptop seems to be overheated, is the fan broken down or dirty? Because last time i clean this part is 1 month ago and till heating.
