Anybody having the same problem here?
How could i unsubscribe it?
And how could i prevent this problem in the future?

Contractor for garden lighting

My current garden lighting all burn off, probably due to poor wiring system.
Any good contractor to introduce me?
Preferable those supply and install contractor. Or else i can also buy the light myself and they do the wiring and installation part.

Kinston 4Gb hyper x ddr3 1600 mhz
Gtx 460 768mb gddr5
Cooler master GX 550W atx power supply (spoiled)

Budget to upgrade is 3K
Games that I play Dota 2, Starcraft 2 and diablo 3
Must upgrade power supply (coz already spoiled) and monitor (need IPS screen)

Kindly comment which should upgrade to what.

How to stop a freeze downloading App

I try to update the Facebook application today. I get 'unable to download application' whole day.
Now I can't cancel the update either use the app.
Anyway to stop the download and continue to use the app without updating?

Upper floor water leakage: Who shall bear the cost

In a condominium/Apartment community.
The lower unit owner is complaining water leakage at their bathroom soffit of ceiling slab.
Defect liability period already over. Maintenance office will not repair the leakage, they request both upper and lower unit owners settle this issue by their own.
So the question is, who shall bear the cost of repairing?
Upper unit owner?
Lower unit owner?
Or share between 2 owners.

Anybody have similar experience here? Can share the experience?

Hi all,
First of all wish everyone have a happy Chinese New Year.

I would like to enquire is it easy to DIY set up a NAS system at home to stream HD video, songs and picture at a 3 story house? Or should I engage a specialist to do it? I only have limited knowledge in computer and net working.

The system I plan to set up is as below,
One NAS system that will be connected by
1) 3-4 units of tv
2) 2 desktop PC
3) 2 lap top PC
4) CCTV
5) some apple products
6) a hifi system(maybe)

PC keep restart by itself

Hi all,
I have experienced my PC keep restart by itself. Mostly restart within the 1st 10 sec. Sometime after 1 min.
I have got someone to help to restore back the system to 6 days ago. Then the problem solved.
But it reoccur after 2 days. The system keep restart again.
Some say it is probably mother board or power supply problem.
Some also say it is software problem which i need to reformat the PC.

Please advise how could i resolve this issue.

Internet Explorer Problem

Hi all,
When i use Internet explorer to log in to Yahoo mail and Facebook, i can log in. But i can't find any content in the page.
This does not happen if i use Firefox. (Same PC)
Is this due to my newly installed Kaspersky 2013 Internet security?

Coz now a days nobody use sound card any more as on board sound card is equally good now?

I believe some questions sure pop up when everyone purchase a new LCD/LED/Plasma TV

The questions may consist of the following.
Question 1: How to check there is no dead pixel in the panel?
Question 2: How to make sure the TV perform as per the written specification? Such as how to test whether it is a 200Hz panel.
Question 3: Is colour calibration necessary? and how to do it?
Question 4: How to adjust sharpness/contrast and etc to get the panel to perform at its optimum condition.
Question 5: How far should i sit from the panel to enjoy the TV to the fullest.
