            <description>&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Hi all Taiko,&lt;br /&gt;As title mentioned, I would like to know what is the estimation shipping cost for 20ft and 40ft FCL from KL@ Sg. Buluh to Bangkok@ Chamburi. My customer need to know the cost coming Monday 3rd Nov 2014 before 10AM. Can any Taiko assist me? Thanks a lot&lt;/span&gt;</description>

            <title>property vs income tax</title>

            <description>&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Hi all, I need some help from all taiko here, hope taiko can give some advice to me. Thanks in advance&lt;br /&gt;Everyone know now is a submission for income tax for tax payer. My problem is currently I am holding more than 1mil property@loan on hand, and those property I brought (signed S&amp;amp;P) is in year 2013. Currently I am apply another RM600K loan is pending approval. Once the approval obtained, I will take the offer and sign the 3rd property. From above conditional for high income people is not a big issue, but the problem is my actual income only net RM4K. (PLEASE DON&amp;#39;T ASK ME THE DETAILS HOW THE BANK CAN APPROVED MY LOAN WITH A SUCH INCOME. THE ONLY I CAN SHARE HERE IS I HAVE MY WAY) All the property@loan I have is in single name, and I am only an employee with no other side business/ income. &lt;br /&gt;For bank I can easily handle, but for government department, I afraid I may get court on it. With the above scenario, do you guys think LHDN will come to me? If LHDN come to me how I handle them or explain how I able to have such a big amount of loan? How to escape for pay high tax? And how do I escape form them to trap on me? Please help. Thank you&lt;/span&gt;</description>
