American Pomade was created out of the need of a great pomade that was free of colors, perfumes, and chemicals. The brand prides themselves on old school greaser style with pomades that are made using an old fashioned method in Northern California by hand. All American Pomades comes in a traditional aluminum tin.

WHAT IS POMADE
Pomade is usually made out of bee wax and petroleum jelly, makes hair more slick and shiny without drying out.

Pomade is suitable for all hair types and hair styles, mainly cause it excels in creating texture and structure and is alot more long lasting than most hair styling products. Pomades are so long lasting that it takes up to several washes to get the product completely out of your hair.

However there are water soluble pomades available in the market now.

Best on clean and damp hair.

HOW TO REMOVE POMADE
For water soluble pomades, just wash your hair normally.

For oil based pomades which are harder to wash off, can be easily removed using strong clarifying shampoo, working into dry hair. Applying olive oil and rinsing with warm water will be able to get pomades out too.
