1) Anyone facing the problem with once open the folder,everytime shut down the mbp,the folder become messy although already sort by name.

2) Why the pdf file from desktop unable to move to External hard disk?

hi...need some advise from those property professional...
i'm started plan to buy a double story house in klang.
Few question i was wonder which i need your advise here due to im still new about property

1) how much salary do i need to buy a house which cost rm450k-rm550k?
2) if rm450k-rm550k,roughly how much per month do i need to pay if i put a minimum down payment?
3) i do have few fixed deposit in bank,does it helps to get loan easily?
4) i heard that if all this while i'm paying income tax,it would be more easy for my loan approval,does it true?
5) currently what's the loan interest rate?could you all teach how to calculate it?
6) lawyer fees can i put into house loan together?

Plan to get a new laptop,previously using hp compaq and found that not so good. The battery and internal fan spoil in very short period. So plan to buy macbook pro,but some people advise me that macbook pro selling at higher price but lower spec and its not worth at all.
In the other side,one of my fren was using macbook and definitely with no regret.
I did survey the same spec with sony vaio s series. The same spec as macbook(rm3699) are selling at rm2899. Differences rm800.
Anyone could give some idea on it?
Or anyone using macbook? How is it?
