CPU got beep sound

Hello guys, I need some help. Is that because of my PC running too hot? This PC I've been bought for nearly 4 year and at first it don't have such "beep" sound until I guess last year my 1TB HDD seems to work EXTREMELY slow and can't even be recognize that there's a window inside while booting. Currently I'm using a 120GB SSD and this "beep" sound will occur when you start some gaming like Dota 2, it won't stop beeping until I either put a table fan to blow the CPU or ALT+TAB out to desktop. The CPU was fine even I run Tomb Raider on full resolution until there was a sudden crash like I said PC can't open due to harddisk problem and after replacing with SSD then this "beep" sound happen. I've checked my processor / graphic card / CPU fan they all work fine. Can anyone help on this?

My CPU spec
CM Storm Scout II
GIGABYTE 970A-DS3
Antec 550W
2x 4GB HyperX Kingstom RAM
AMD FX-8350
Sapphire DualX 7870 HD
120GB SSD Kingston
