WTA: Video Editing Rig

Hi guys, need advise on upgrade choices to my current rig for better video editing performance.

Below is my current rig. Bought early 2011.
Intel i7 2600 3.4GHz 8MB CPU
Asus P8H67-M B3 Mainboard
Gigabyte GeForce GTX560 TI 1 GB DDR5 GPU
Corsair Gaming 4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
Samsung 1TB 7200 Spinpoint HDD
Silverstone Strider Plus 600Watts 80Plus PSU
Cooler Master HAF 912 Advance Casing
Windows 7 Home Premium Retail Edition 64bit

What should I add? More RAMs? An SSD?

I'm pretty much satisfied with this rig. Just that normally during rendering, CPU = 98-99% and RAM = almost maxxed at 4GB.
What annoys is that after rendering etc, the pc went bonkers. Cursor pointed at different directions. My browser became unscrollable. Etc.

Hoping to eliminate the problem.
Thanks in advance!

Mixed of Weight & Cardio

What I know is that it is better to do weight training first then cardio so that we can easily burn fat directly after eliminating glycogen during weight training.

I read somewhere that it is advisable to not exceed 60 minutes of cardio training. But what if I'm doing mixed training of both weight and cardio? Also not more than 60 minutes? Like 30 minutes weight and 30 minutes cardio?

Why do both at one session? I read somewhere that it's faster to burn fat.
Do correct me if I'm wrong on any parts above.

Last question for now, are there any difference between mixed and separate* trainings, specially for weight loss?

*2 days cardio, 1 day weight

Thanks in advance.

Auto-deposit Investment

I've browsed thru almost all threads. Couldnt find what I want. Dunno where to post this, but here goes... Please bear me as I'm still new in this investment thingy.

Years ago, I was approach by a fren of a fren from MCIS Zurich.
He was promoting a new investment program, forgot the name.
Just deposit RM100, the lowest I think, every month up until 12 months then the total will be divided into 4 groups of investments/funds/etc and can get from 4% to 8% profits or whatever they may call it.
If I'm not mistaken, it will go on until certain number of years... not sure if its contract or do as you wish.
And if I'm not mistaken, in between these months and years, you can top up your capital to any amount you want...
And also, if I'm not mistaken, they can auto-deposit the amount directly from your bank account(salary).

Browsed thru MCIS Zurich website few times, couldnt find these program.
Not sure if its still exist or not. It was years ago.

My question is;-
1) Does it really exist?
2) If yes, what do they called it?
3) Do you know any programs similar to this?

I really like this type of investment as it can be considered as normal savings. You knowlah how hard it is to save some cash to put into another account or sumthing like that as savings.

Hope more ppl know about this and share it here.
Thank you in advance!!!
