my apartment (same level) got one old lady, confirm got mental problem. shouting at anyone, try to hit other tenant. heard story she even pushed someone into pool before.

how to deal with this kind of problem? report police can ar? i think report to management also nothing much can do. now that lady got some sort of special escort by guard whenever she wandering around.

dear expertise/guru

i'm getting a used car next week once the finance is approved. its an old satria 1.5(1999). after some testing, i find the engine running well and no problem what so ever, but of course its all roughly from my eyes.

so when i get the car, what further should i check to make sure my ride is safe for journey? i expect the car is not 100% in good condition since the price is a bit cheap.

(Reuters) - A man threw himself off the world's tallest building in Dubai, its developer said, plummeting to his death in the first suicide from Burj Khalifa tower.
The man, believed to be in his twenties and of South Asian background, jumped from the 147th floor of the 828-meter (2,717 feet) skyscraper and landed on a terrace on the 108th floor, local daily The National reported, but those details were not confirmed by the building's developer.

Emaar said it had a recorded an "incident involving a male" at its Burj Khalifa site Tuesday morning.

"The concerned authorities have confirmed that it was a suicide and we are awaiting the final report," the statement said. It gave no further details on the incident.

The man may have worked at a company inside the 160-storey building, the paper said, adding that police said statements showed a holiday he had requested was turned down.

usb device freeze computer

i never had any problem with my usb until i bought a tiny usb fan to give me a little breeze while using my pc. at first, there was no problem when i plug in the fan. but after one night, my desktop starting to freeze, force me to restart my pc with the reset button. and after that, my desktop will freeze whenever i plug in the usb fan.

so i thought, it might be the bios problem. so i run the bios setup during the startup. while i was browsing the bios setup, i just randomly try plugging in the usb fan again, causing the bios setup menu to freeze as well.
so why would a tiny usb fan can cause my pc to freeze? take note that all the drivers in my desktop are up to date. my desktop is working fine without the usb fan, which irritate me by much.

running: window 7 ultimate

digital out of range

hi guys. i got this LG lcd w2253TQ and use it for my ps3. it play any game and any video i download fine with the full HD resolution.

but when i tried to play the BD movie, the video wont come out, only the title menu appear. while playing the video, the sound is available but the screen is just black and there's a pop out says "digital out of range 33.7kHz/30kHz".

is it because of the lcd or the hdmi-to-dvi cable that i use? the cable is a cheap one i bought to save money.

laptop cannot on

one day, i tried to open my laptop(presario m2000), i press the power button and the it light for a second(the button) before it goes off. then, the laptop become completely silent. the screen didn't show any sign and it looks completely dead from the beginning. i tried to remove the batt and use the power cable but the result is the same. did anyone knoe what's wrong with it??
