Perodua Kembara langgar dua kenderaan, pemandu diburu polis

Polis mengesahkan kereta Perodua Kembara yang dipandu secara berbahaya sebelum merempuh sebuah kereta dan sebuah motosikal di Lebuhraya Persekutuan pada 20 Jun lalu adalah milik sebuah bengkel kereta.

Kenderaan itu dipercayai dipinjam oleh seorang lelaki berusia 59 tahun selepas keretanya mengalami kerosakan. Selepas kemalangan, suspek bertindak melarikan diri dengan meninggalkan Perodua Kembara di lokasi kejadian.

Ketua Polis Daerah Petaling Jaya, Asisten Komisioner Shamsudin Mamat berkata, siasatan lanjut masih diteruskan bagi mengesan pemandu terbabit.

PUTRAJAYA — Bersempena Sambutan Hari Kebahagiaan Sedunia pada 20 Mac yang disambut setiap tahun, bandar raya Petaling Jaya, Manjung, dan Kluang telah diiktiraf sebagai antara 10 Bandar Paling Bahagia 2022 di Malaysia.

Selain tiga bandar di atas, turut berada dalam senarai termasuklah bandar Gua Musang, Klang, Kulai, Krai, Kuantan, Rompin dan Alor Gajah. Kesemua bandar ini telah dipilih sebagai bandar paling bahagia menerusi Kajian Indeks Kebahagiaan Malaysia 2022.

Kajian ini telah dilaksanakan oleh Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa.

Dalam kajian ini, ukuran umum bagi indeks kebahagiaan terhadap tahap kesejahteraan penduduk meliputi aspek kesihatan, kesejahteraan, mental dan fizikal.

Penjagaan kebersihan persekitaran, pengurusan sisa pepejal dan kutipan sampah yang berkesan dan teratur adalah aspek utama yang menyumbang kepada tahap kebahagiaan.

Ia juga berkait rapat dengan tahap dan kualiti perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT).

Menurut Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan, Datuk M. Noor Azman Taib, seramai 117 PBT terlibat dengan jumlah 42,000 responden yang dijalankan.

“Daripada kajian itu, kita dapati 79 peratus atau 92 bandar mencapai status mampan dengan skor melebihi 80 peratus sementara 25 bandar (21 peratus) mencatatkan peratus sederhana bahagian dengan skor antara 50 dan 79 peratus,” maklumnya.

Beliau berkata demikian sewaktu memberikan ucapan pada majlis perasmian Sambutan Hari Kebahagiaan Sedunia 2023 semalam.

Jelas M Noor Azman lagi, Program Jaringan Penunjuk Mampan Bandar Luar Bandar Malaysia atau MURNInets yang bertanggungjawab menjalankan pengukuran indeks Kebahagiaan di Malaysia.

“MURNInets merupakan satu sistem di bawah seliaan PLANMalaysia bagi mengukur kemampanan kawasan PBT di Malaysia,” ujarnya lagi.

Terdahulu, Perlis, Negeri Sembilan dan Melaka secara rasminya diiktiraf sebagai bandar paling bahagia di Malaysia untuk tahun 2021.

Perkara itu diumumkan sendiri oleh Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa Malaysia (PLANMalaysia) dalam satu kenyataan.

Difahamkan, ketiga-tiga negeri tersebut mencapai skor melebihi 80 peratus. Ia merupakan skor penuh ‘Bahagia’ dalam Kajian Indeks Kebahagiaan 2021.

Tambahan lagi, PBT ketiga-tiga negeri itu turut mencatatkan skor Bahagia penuh. Ia bagi seluruh kawasan yang dinilaikan, Perlis (satu), Negeri Sembilan (tujuh) dan Melaka (empat).

I can login to EU server but if I login to the Americas server it say need an update then it will exit the game, launch the client updater then a message say Diablo 3 is already running Anyone have similar problem? Any solution for this problem?

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 21 — Local start-up DMD Mobile Sdn Bhd has launched a full-featured smartphone built on Google’s Android platform, targeted at pre-paid users and costing RM500 or less.

The DMD Android Smartphone Communicator, also called the M3 Communicator, comes with a built-in Near Field Communications chip that would allow it to act as a contactless smartcard and electronic wallet, amongst other applications.

The company is aiming at pre-paid users who find the entry price of smartphones of between RM1,000 and RM2,000 a serious barrier. To sweeten the deal, RM10 per month will give users unlimited chat, instant messaging and email.

“To be honest, we are not looking at those who already own a Blackberry or smartphone, but at those who find the typical RM2,000 entry point and RM60 per month data plan as being beyond their means,” said Herve Jegou, DMD Mobile founder and chief executive officer.

“We are very focused on bringing innovation to the people, and an innovation that is only available to 10 per cent of the people is meaningless,” he added.

He said that users of the M3 Communicator would also be able to download and use Android apps as they would with any other Android smartphone. DMD Mobile has also designed a streamlined user interface that it claimed was simpler and allowed users to get to their social networks much more easily with unified messaging.

“We are not about selling the device, but about the user experience. We want to give Malaysians 80-90 per cent of the Blackberry or iPhone experience at 30 per cent of the cost,” Jegou said.

The M3 Communicator is a 3.75G phone with support for GPS (Global Positioning System), WiFi Direct and Bluetooth 4.0. It will be on the latest Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) platform by June-July, which would mean even faster speeds, said Jegou.

He also said that two Malaysian mobile operators have already come on board to offer the devices to their customers. However, he declined to name them, adding that an announcement would be made before the M3 Communicator becomes commercially available in April.

The company will launch the product globally at the Mobile World Congress, taking place in Barcelona from Feb 27 to March 1, where it will also be in discussions with foreign operators to roll out the phone in other countries.

DMD Mobile executive chairman Datuk Dr Mohammed M. Daud said that the company had already sealed an agreement with a mobile operator in Sri Lanka, which will be rolling out the M3 Communicator there in May.

“We will be looking at other markets in South Asia and the Middle-East,” he said, adding that DMD Mobile was confident of shipping a total of 100,000 units in all markets by the end of the year.

Dr Mohammed was also confident enough to believe that the next market the company should tackle is the BlackBerry stronghold of Indonesia. “The population of more than 220 million is a serious consideration,” he added.

The device will be manufactured by a third-party which DMD Mobile again declined to name, pending a later announcement.

Deputy Minister of Information, Communications and Culture Datuk Joseph Salang, who officiated at the launch, commended the company for bringing the latest innovations to the greater Malaysian market.

He said the Malaysian Government has launched many initiatives to provide and promote greater communications access and connectivity to the people, citing community broadband centres and libraries as well as the building of 1,000 telecommunications towers in rural areas as examples.

“However, this is only one part of the equation,” he said. “The other is getting the rakyat (citizenry) to own and use these devices … and this where the M3 Communicator will play its role — as a device that is affordable to everyone.”

Near Field Communications or NFC – not to be confused with a certain cattle project – is a form of contactless communications between devices such as smartphones and tablets. It builds on radio-frequency (RFID) technology to allow two-way communications, unlike earlier systems that only enabled one-way communications.

With an NFC-enabled phone, a user could pay for a drink at a vending machine by just waving his device over the machine, assuming it too is NFC-enabled. It could also function much in the same way Touch ‘n’ Go cards and SmartTAGs do.

It can also enable location-based services (LBS) — users who walk into a department store could, for example, receive time-sensitive discount coupons on their phones that can be redeemed immediately.

“We have signed up with a company that already has thousands of merchants under its banner, and when the M3 Communicator becomes available in Malaysia in April, each device will come pre-loaded with RM1,000 worth of coupons,” Jegou said.

Again, he declined to name the company, pending a later announcement.

I have some cash to upgrade my computer.... I have amd x2 6000+, 4g ram, hd5770, motherboard m3n78pro AM2+ latest bios update display resolution 1280x1024 . My question is it worth it to upgrade my CPU to phenom 2 955 be? I used my pc solely for gaming... I need ur opinion and reason for it i have rm500 budget

well i'm replacing my bro motherboard with new one.... suddenly just realize that it have JATXPWR2 of 8 pin not the normal 4 pin.... you know the one that supply power to the cpu circuit.... my question is is there any converter so i can connect it to 8 pin jatxpwr2 without changing psu? current psu only have jatxpwr2 4 pin. Please help

my pc can't start off last monday so i took it to IT shop in Sunway pyramid to repair it
on Friday night i take back my pc and they say that my have faulty motherboard...
it's ok for me soo i buy new motheboard......
the my nightmare begins... when i remove my CPU i notice no thermal paste on my CPU...
i was thinking maybe they remove it to test it... so fine for me.....then i notice scracth on top of my prosessor
... now i'm started thinking something weird is happening....i install everything to my new motherboard including the prosessor...
it don't boot up on all the fan is running but no boot up screen .... im suspecting my CPU is not working.....
i open back my cpu and see the serial number...
i dig up my AMD prosessor template and see the serial number is different from the serial number in the AMD certificate of authenticity
I just wan to clarify isit the serial number of the prosessor is the 4th row under the label AMD AthlonTM 64 X2???
if it is its different serial number...... I'm going to Sunway Pyramid again tommorow to get some clarification....

Cpu P3 underclock Help!

Hello everyone i just buy a cheap intel mobo for socket P3 that have AGP slot. The problem is I have P3 866 Mhz but when startup the BIOS show 65 X 10 = 650 Mhz. I try to overclocked it using BIOS but in Bios no setting to change multiplier and clock Anyone have idea?Please Help

Anyone can help me to overclocked my cpu? when i use cpu-z it say my AMD 3500+ codenamed is Machester. I never saw a Mchester 3500 but i got one. My MOBO is Asus A8nSli. PSU 450watt i-cute, 2Gb cheap apacer DDR ram and Gforce 7800 GT.... i used Zaman fatality on my CPU and VGA card.
