Account problem

Hi, my old account (chocobo7779) was somehow hacked and I managed to get an admin to change the password. However, when I tried to login, it says the account does not exist... Later on, the admin says I have another account with the same email, with the account name (chocobo77779). But when I tried to login with that username, it says the password is wrong, even though I have typed the correct password.
Any clarifications on this?

Hi, my old account chocobo7779 cannot be accessed due to someone has changed the password. When I contacted the Helpdesk, they said they have changed the username to chocobo77779. What happened to my old chocobo7779 account? The password for the chocobo77779 account has been reset by the admin but it seems like the password didn't work. Any help?
