i wanna ask bout the salary i got offer new company and counter by current company..

here the situation:
1. my current company offer
----high basic but lil allowance
----increment lil
---- fixed allowance

2. new company offer
----low basic but high allowance
----increment dont know (in offer says up to KPI)
----fixed allowance

summary:
current salary increase 40% if go to new company..
current salary increase 30% if go to after offer old company..
current company offer basic salary more 500 than new company basic offer
new company give allowance more 800 than current company
total gross salary, current company less 300 than new company

im about to buy apartment/flat at Pangsapuri Seri Melewar, TTDI Jaya Shah alam.. it is worth to buy there? how much the market price there ya?
if i buy there already got tenant rented and need to plus rm100 more to pay bank loan monthly from my rough calculation..
one more question it is good to submit loan over the unit price? lets say sell at 130K and i submit loan 160k.. it is worth?

hi ktard, i about to buy air conditioner for my bed room. which one is the best for power saving. i would like to use on night coz day time at work.. some people said just buy 1.5HP coz fast getting room cold less energy used.. but some said buy 1.0Hp inverter only.. im confused any aircond engineer please adviseee one more thing my budget around 1.5K include installation
