hi guys,
i would like your opinion on my situation.

AMD 64(754) 3000+@2.10Ghz
Abit NV8 mobo (max 2gb)
1gb Twinmos DDR 400 2.5-3-3-8
Asus 7800GT PCI-e
80gb Seagate SATA1 + 200gb WD SATA2

THE PROB!!!
i am using my pc for my studies in architecture. autocad, 3dmax, photoshop, and sketch-up.
these programs use loads of ram though i already have 1gb, i still think that it is still not enough with vista coming up. It lags a lot when using autocad alone don't even mention using it with 3dmax, so, i would really like a suggestion on what kind of RAM i should get for my upgrade. i can't afford to upgrade my platform though. my budget is under 1k for 2gb high performance.....

Plz, Plz
