I have done a little homework through searching Google, and YouTube; a lot of em suggested Window Cleaning products.. Anyone tried this before and does it work? Or should I just get a thinner from my local hardware shop and clean?

Software Disorder ?

Sifus, I really have no idea what I can label this error.. Anyways, as you can see the picture below is a pirated software patch, but it seems to look a little "disorder" as in everything is out of proportions; I think only happens on Windows 8.1 ? Cos I tried it on my friend's laptop which it is a Windows 7 and it's perfect. So please sifus out there that has faced this issue and fixed it, please let me know how to fix it. Thanks.
