            <title>hair went in eye</title>

            <description>Long story short , my hair was a lil long infront so i tried to cut myself .. and somehow some hair went in .. not sure how much but i saw 1 sticking at the white part of eye so i tried to gently use my finger but it doenst come out so i tried rinsing with water it doenst come out too .. then i tried rinsing again and somehow i think it went in the eye and didnt come out .. should i be worried ?</description>

            <title>Design a training for me</title>

            <description>About me : &lt;br /&gt;16 yr old&lt;br /&gt;177 cm&lt;br /&gt;62 kg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At 15 year old , i was consider quite &amp;#39;&amp;#39; fit&amp;#39;&amp;#39; then i stop everything because of PMR then i broke my leg and got to rest for 6 months . So you can consider me resting for about 18 months already and i wanna get everything i once had . Well at my current state , i can run about 5-6 km in 50 minutes or so . Would consider that quite slow eh ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Long story short , i have a major basketball tournament in about 1 month . I was wondering if any pros here can design a speed/stamina training for me . My main objectives are : &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) I need to be able to last at least 2 quater of the game  so i really need that stamina&lt;br /&gt;2) That extra acceleration/boost to &amp;#39;&amp;#39; cut&amp;#39;&amp;#39; people&lt;br /&gt;3) Speed , well for fast break etc &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have about 1 hour - 90 mins of time for work out everyday . Well i&amp;#39;m gonna split half of it for basketball skills and half of it on fitness . Would u recommend me doing 3 day bball , 3 day fitness or mixed them all up everyday ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So please create a schedule for me  &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the side note : Is push ups and sit ups really effective ? should i include them ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BTW , please include what should i eat more and what to avoid</description>

            <title>Is this normal ?</title>

            <description>Problem 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well , i kinda have some gastric problems here and there , but nothing really serious . However , whenever i exercise without eating  it seems that the area above your belly button -which is the gastric part area will be pain . This only happends when i do some heavy work out , well to me atleast ... say  3-4 km jogging ? or basketball tourney where u sprint up and down for 10 minutes straight or jsut normal basketball training . What i mean exercise without eating as in : 1 ) jogging right after u wake up  2) say i ate around 1 pm and decide to play basketball around 6pm where the stomach is kinda empty . But i do realise if i&amp;#39;m semi-full , i dont have this problem . For example eating 1 hour before any heavy exercise .. But as u guys know , eating right before exercising is bad , your right and left side of your body hurts , i think its appendix or sth right ?  so i kinda have difficulty in exercising . Normal ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Problem 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Speaking about eating before exercising , u feel the pain around your left and right area of your body right ? I do get those pains whenever i jogg for 3-4 km EVEN without eating or drinking . Is it normal ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Problem 3 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;whenever i start exercising , it seems that my left ear is block . I cant hear properly , it feels like water went in your ear . Normal ?</description>

            <description>okayy so i have 1 month holiday .. i&amp;#39;m a basketball player btw .. i have 0 equipment in my hse , just a solid floor to do push ups / sit ups ... i spent most of my training time on the court but after that i still have some time for running / work out ( just push up / sit up ) .. i was wondering can i get &amp;#39;&amp;#39;packs &amp;#39;&amp;#39; and &amp;#39;&amp;#39;chest muscle&amp;#39; in 1 month by just doing push up and sit ups ?</description>

            <title>Help me plan a schedule</title>

            <description>ok , i&amp;#39;m a basketball and vball captain in my school , pretty active i&amp;#39;d say ( not trying to boast , just giving a humble statement ) long story short , i had 2 major injury which made me stop exercising for 6 months or more ...  now exams are over and i&amp;#39;m pretty fat already hehe .. i wanna be fit once again ... so could u help me plan a schedule ??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For school day :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wake up at 6 , finish school at 3.15 , reach home around 4 . IF i play some ball or wtv after school i&amp;#39;ll reach home ard 5-6&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For holidays : &lt;br /&gt;well please include time for me to relex , hang out with friends , watch some tv or wtv is it ... i&amp;#39;ll have ard 2 months break from nov to next year january .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Things that i wanna know would be :&lt;br /&gt;-whats the best time to wake up and sleep &lt;br /&gt;- how many hours of work out&lt;br /&gt;- please include time for bball practise&lt;br /&gt;- what should i eat more .. and stuff i should avoid eating&lt;br /&gt;- no weight lifting or gym because i&amp;#39;m still growing&lt;br /&gt;-will 6 pacs effect growth ?&lt;br /&gt;- will push up / sit up effect growth or its ok to do them .. will they make u have mascular body ? stuff like 6 packs or wtv ?&lt;br /&gt;- please include stuff that i can do to improve my jump / stamina/ speed&lt;br /&gt;- please include time for my schedule too &lt;br /&gt;- what sort of work out&lt;br /&gt;- is power nap recomended ??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those are about what i can think of now , add anything if u have ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Example for work out schedule :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Holiday ,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7 am - wake up &lt;br /&gt;7.30 -8.30 jogg&lt;br /&gt;8.30 breakfast&lt;br /&gt;9-12 -freetime&lt;br /&gt;12 - lunch&lt;br /&gt;1 -5 -free time&lt;br /&gt;5-7 - workout/bball ( &amp;lt;---- what kind of work out .. say 20 push up , 20 sit up ?)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well thats just some rough example i gave ... preferbaly u guys give me some detailed schedule i can follow because i lack of motivation and determination now  &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;hopefully ppl like darklight or anyone expierance can help me out .. oh yeah 1 more thing ,i just want some moderate workout this 3 months .. not some extreme hardcore though  &lt;!--emo&amp;:peace:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_rolleyes.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_rolleyes.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <description>hi guys , been having flue for 2-3 days ... runny nose has pretty much gone , didnt have a bad cough , fever not really high but the sore throat is getting worse .. i tried drinking honey  , eat orange ( ouch &amp;#33; hurts ) guggle salt water &amp;lt;--- no use , drink alot of water ... well cant see any improvement and so on .. its getting really pain .. can barely eat/talk ... what do u guys suggest ?</description>
