Grain drink alternatives to milk

my daughter of 2 years+ has lactose and peanut/groundnut allergy so she has been drinking isomil (soy based) for few months..

but recently she don't want to drink isomil already and i need to resort to giving her oats..

was thinking of giving her those grain drinks like v grains, nutri grains, verygood etc.. those are the popular ones due to marketing, but are there any other recommendations from the parents here?

First some introduction. Great Heart Charity Association (https://www.greatheartcharity.org.my) is a non-profit charitable organization, and you will probably come across many of the charitable causes by the association in local newspapers and social media. The core value of the association is to make charitable giving a part of everyone’s life.

That said, with this coming Chinese New Year, why not do some good and donate your angpau (either received or given) to the great cause of assisting dialysis treatment.

These are the families which needs our help on dialysis treatment:

Family A. A father who had to rely on his lorry driver son for his living after depleting his life saving on dialysis treatment and whose wife been recently diagnosed with stroke as well.

Family B. A mother who was abandoned by her two children, has high blood pressure, diabetes, and kidney failure, and is now staying alone in a rented apartment room.

Family C. An unaccompanied elderly suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure, and had undergone a bypass surgery, who strive hard to continue earning a living by working as a workshop admin.

Family D. A single, unaccompanied elderly suffering from SLE, thyroid cancer, asthma, high blood pressure, and kidney disease, who relies on her depleting EPF savings for a living.

Family E. A husband suffering from kidney failure had used up all his KWSP savings for his dialysis treatment and is now relying on his wife, who has to take up 2 jobs a day to sustain his treatment costs.

Elena, 21, clocked 52 minutes 21.50 seconds to be the winner of the event in the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games.

Thi Bich Ha of Vietnam won the silver in 52.27.78 s while the bronze went to Thailand's T. Assawawongcharoen (53.17.10s).

Yuan Yu Fang last won the gold for Malaysia at the Brunei Games in 1999. She also set a new Games Record of 42.22.05s which has lasted till today.

Yuan also made a comeback this time but had to pull out after four minutes of the start due to an injury.

Elena, 21, when met by reporters afterwards, said she did not expect to win the gold as she was up against rivals of two years ago (at the Singapore edition).

She dedicated the medal to her family for their tireless support.

"They are the source of my strength. Some (of my family members) took leave to come all the way from Melaka to give me moral support," said the University of Malaya sports management studies major.

After not having won any medal in the 20km walk in her SEA Games debut in Singapore in 2015, she said that she was on 'cloud nine' on winning the gold and more so on home soil.

She finished in fourth place despite knee injuries in Singapore.

She was supposed to make her debut in the Myanmar Games in 2013, but had to shelve her plans as she had to sit for the important Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination then, when she was a student of the Bukit Jalil Sports School.

Her personal best is 51:42.42s which she set last April in the Malaysian Closed Athletics Championship at the Royal Malaysian Navy Stadium, Lumut.
