Pendrive default file system

I having some trouble on the pendrive file system.

whatever pendrive that i plug into my PC (windows 8.1), the file system will changed automatically into FAT32.

need you guys expertise to advise how to prevent the file system changed itself.

cant connect to facebook

Having issues to connect to Facebook with my phone, L920.

no matter in people hub or Facebook apps. Can't get updated. In the setting, its said having trouble to connect with Facebook. >.<

Sony VIAO Win8 fresh install

HELP!

i just fresh installed Win8 into my Sony VIAO Series S (model SVS13116FG).

everything just fine after installed win8, but yesterday popup a message said that the battery isn't compatible with the OS. try remove the battery unplug and plug in again.

but the battery of the laptop is build in inside, need to remove the casing only can remove the battery.

May i know what's the problem?
