i printed my giro saving account statement every month.

I noticed that my autodebit transaction record for the month of August have been erased.

Is this legal to deduct customer account during moratorium and then put it back in without informing customer.
It look like thief stole your money and return it after few months without any interest.

Dont they have audit obligation to fullfill?

Can i report this with my copy of the statement? Who can i report to? BN... PIDM ?

2 of my apartment parking lots duplicated with another block parking lots.

Have went to the developer and the lawyer of S&P and was told it will be rectify. That was almost 1 year ago.

Till today nothing is done, Lawyer push to developer. Developer push to he owner of other unit. Developer sweet talk me mine S&P is correct base on the JMB listing which is a photocopy papers. Lawyer, developer, JMB unable to give me a black and white agreement of the rectification.

The other unit owner is not cooperating to get this rectify as he doesn't benefit from this correction.

Rumors developer applying for the strata tiles for the apartment.

If strata tiles is completed and issued, does this issue affects the my unit parking in future.. my kids n more to come.

1 month past.. tell me come collect car but qc failed. Other parts rosak after previous damage repaired.
