[wta]Seeking advice on PJS 5/12 Bandar Sunway

Hi Gurus,

I am planning to get a house in PJS 5/12 soon.

I would like to know

1. If the neighborhood is ok. Is it safe there?
2. Please share if you know about the crime rate around that area. ?
3. Worth buying ?
4. Anything that i should be aware off

My main concern if that area is a peaceful place to stay

Hi Guys

I planning to find a place to stay in puchong and i was browsing through iproperty .
Saw saujana SP5 have some double stories and single story which is within my budget.

Base on my understanding this is not a new project and not many people purchasing that area.
So really do appreciate if any neighbor hood around that area can give some advice.

Beside that I have a few questions would like to ask pro out there

1. is saujana puchong sp 5 a good place to stay
2. My budget is RM 350k
3. Any Suggestion on other location i can choose
4. Looking for Landed if possible

hi master and pro out there

man i nearly killed all the agent in streamyX. I ave a frequest disconnet and sometimes can't connect for 1/2 day. Almost 1 month already and all they can say is i will reset ur port . we will close ur report pls call us back if problem reoccur

send complaint and nothing happen ??? lol anyway i got so pissed off with them and would like to go for other broadband provider

Any suggestion what i should go to . staying at pjs7 near sunway pyramid
