so I wonder what is that? and can we proceed ACCA with diploma holder?

My current diet,

Didnt drink carbonate drink,
Icy drink,
Drink light sugary water such like tea and milo during work.

Drink 1.5l plain water during work
Drink 1.5l plain water afte work

For breakfast im taking plain bread or wholegrain with fried egg

Took small portion of rice at lunch ,
A cup or vegy, 1 chicken or fish,

For dinner i usually not taking rice, but eat bihun....dunno what it is call in english lol

And i took 3 egg daily

After work im going to gym spend 40 min on treadmill and another 40 min others thing to build up muscle,
Once done I took whey protein.

If u had any suggestion, dont hesitate to reply....

My uncle about to retired next 5 years, and now he want to take a brand new car n pay within this 5 years..he want to take insurance, so if anything happened to him sick or dead, his wife don't have to pay for the car loan or house loan.
