Got AES summon but I am not the driver

Hi guys. I received AES summon but during that time my car was in workshop because accident repair. In AES photo I can't see the driver clearly. I received the summon weeks after I got my car back. So it is confirmed that the workshop staff has violated the speed limit while driving my car when my car is in their posession.

I went to the workshop but they refused to respond to me. I keep on forcing them but they just ignored me. Now its been months. I did signed Discharge Voucher when my car is returned to me, but theres is no date stated in the letter which says when I brought my car to the workshop for repairing works. What should I do to force them to be responsible for the summon?

Interview in cheap hotel, is it a trap?

Hi guys need your opinion. My female friend got called for a job interview yesterday at 5pm. She applied thru online recruitment firm (when advertised, company stated confidential). The interview will be held today at 3pm. It was an advertising company.

Googled but no info about the company at all. She asked for detail but company did not send email but ask her to whatsapp instead. She whatsapp straightaway after the call ended but no answer.

Just now at 12am she got a reply, the person send her location in cheap hotel for interview. No details like which conference room or whatsoever.

I have a bad feeling about this because they did not send her an email or any details for the interview. Just a whatsapp location. Is this legit or are they really ppl doing these kind of interview? Thinking of going with her but scared if this is a trap or something.

I just did MAS web check in and printed boarding pass. Now my boarding pass gone missing, can I reprint at the airport counter/kiosk? or will they imposed fee for it?

Hi guys. I have a female friend who recently complained she didn't get enough sleep for almost 2 weeks. She also said she got nervous everytime her brain decide to send her off to sleep, thus she gets awakened and trembled.

I know she had family probs 2 years ago but it was all solved. But after that incident I notice she gets scared easily. Imagine even when her phone rangs, she can get startled and panicked. She also became very sensitive, and get angry easily.

I read about her symptoms that I noticed (because I never ask in case she got offended), she probably having depression and severe anxiety. I really pity her and she is not working after her contract expired 1 year ago. Even when I asked her to come join my company, she refused. She really lost interest in doing anything with her life.

I want to take her to see the doc. But I know she wont be able to afford private doc, thus I wanna take her see gov psychiatrist. How do I get referral letter for her? Is it ok to take her see private clinic doc first? Will gov hospital accept referral letter from private clinic?

Snake inside house

Hi guys. This morning housekeeper found a black snake inside house on cement tile in living room. Its a baby actually, small like tv cable. Housekeeper managed to kill that one cuz panicked. I put sulfur around the house but is it posible it got companion still inside the house?

We are dumbfounded because never been a case like this in our neighborhood ever. Or probably someone jahat put the mother and hatched around our yard

How to deal with difficult neighbor

New neighbor moved in 5 years ago whereas my parents already stayed here for 30 years in this terrace house neighborhood. The new neighbor never bertegur sapa with everyone in our neighborhood. They seems like gangster also. Talk very loud, parked their car until blocking the main road. Also seems like everyone in the house smoke, both men and women cuz they reek of ciggarate smoke everytime they are outside. Like ciggarate party you know. Sometimes we see so many different cars every week like they always change cars.

First few years they always play mahjong and being very loud at midnite but we didn't report cuz don't wanna fight. Then in 2013 my bro saw one of the family members peed on our car door then went off!! I want to confront but my dad didn't let me cuz dont want cause commotion, and we dont have proof,only a picture of the car door wet with pee. And my dad also got high blood pressure so I obeyed.They also like to park infront of my house, even infront of their house is empty.

The owner apparently a 40 y/o lady with little kid (dunno got husband or not), and the house is only a place where her family members gathers like once or twice a week. But she always in the house with her kid.

Few weeks ago owner complain that our compound got leak pipe and cause her house to smell like piss (contractor said probably chemical reaction ammonia from soil). Then it hit me, maybe that is the reason their family member peed on my car. My bro saw only once, but dunno how many times they already did that to us. Stupid rite? If got prob tell la. How should we know they got leaking prob if they didnt tell. So we took action and repair.

During repair, she complain got habuk la, bising la. We already told them we already minimize the habuk but still few particles flew off to her house then she got mad. Also asked her to understand cuz this is the only way to repair the leak to her house.

One time she went into my house gate where my dad was standing, then scold my dad. So rude!! If she don't want to live with neighbors, go buy bungalow la. Or live in a jungle.

If i want to report police because of the pee incident, can i still do it? cuz we dont have proof and the one my bro saw is years ago. How to live la with difficult neighbor like this. Talk also wanna scold ppl one. I feel our safety threaten cuz they seem like gangster sometimes.
