(WTA) Network card problem

Hi everyone.

Mind me to share 1 of my latest problem about network card. My lappy, Aspire 3680, using Qualcomm Atheros AR5005G network card. I'm using Windows 8 OS and installed with the latest driver. Not having problem until I installed QXDM (Qualcomm Extensible Diagnostic Monitor) and QPST (Qualcomm Product Support Tool) into my lappy. Those software are used to monitor and tweak Qualcomm Chip-based modem.

The problem is every time I open WiFi, my lappy prompt to restart and suggest me to repair. Everytime. Already repair, downgrade to previous driver, but still unresolved. Are those software (QXDM and QPST) cannot be used with Qualcomm network card? What is the best way for me to resolve this? TQ
