Help！Windows Can't Communicate with the Device

Modem: Innocom W3100 (Cable)
OS: Windows 7

Yesterday morning my modem suddenly no connection wihout DSL light, until evening only connected, but got an exclamation mark on the lower right corner there. After trouble shooting it's show "windows can't communicate with the device (Primary DNS Server)" i found many methods on others forum but doesn't work, i chg it back to "Choose Obtain IP address automatically. " it's show "DNS sever not responding", but when i fill in Google DNS manually, "windows can't communicate with the device (Primary DNS Server)" come out again...why ? someone pro pls help me ！ TQTQ

What is "refurbished"
"Refurbished" means that a customer ordered a laptop from Dell, and for some reason they returned the laptop to Dell. Most returns are because the customer decided they just didn't want the laptop.
