I know it's a little early to say this but... I really want to get my hands on one, specifically the Limited Edition version of the card. Not gonna take those 3rd party ones. If anyone knows where to get it, please let me know. It'll be a big upgrade from my old RTX2060 6GB after waiting for more than 5 years.

Greetings. I'm currently saving up for a laptop that can play most games on 1080p without much problems (at Medium-High) as I'm replacing my old ASUS K40AB in which has served me as a light usage laptop for almost 6 years. Here's some criteria in which is needed to be fulfilled:

Brand: ANY (ASUS, Acer, Dell, MSI etc) with at least 2 exhaust ports.
GPU: Geforce GTX860 or newer with 2/4GB VRAM
Screen size: 15.6 inch
Panel type: IPS.
Release date: 2014 onwards.
Operating System: none or with Win 8.1 S.L x64

Will be getting one soon before GST comes (April's Fool Day) as that is the last thing I want to worry about.
Going SLI

I have a question here. Since it's going to be 2015 soon, I thought a little system upgrade would be nice for my current rig. I'm looking for a motherboard that has support for SLI, regardless of 2-Way or Quad SLI. (most likely the latter is enough) I've seen quite a number of good looking boards that has SLI from ASUS, AsRock & Gigabyte, while adding a second Leadtek GTX760 card. As for budget, the overall price should be under RM2k for the board, CPU & VGA Card. As for the board, it will be a Z97 based model (any brand would do), price range is under RM700 or so while the CPU will be the new Devil's Canyon LGA1150 Core i5 CPU. Any help & suggestions is appreciated.

the HP ENVY Phoenix

HP has responded to it's rivals ASUS, Alienware & MSI's lineup of gaming PCs with their release of the new gaming desktop called "Phoenix".

http://www9.pcmag.com/media/images/373536-...20t.jpg?thumb=y

Specifications can be seen via TechHypermart's page:

http://www.techhypermart.com/computers/des...0d-desktop.html

for RM3,888, I think this is one of the best pre-built gaming desktop since the days Acer introduced their Predator Gaming Desktop few years ago. this HP ENVY Phoenix, sporting an Intel Core i7-3770 CPU, 8GB DDR3 RAM (up to 16GB), a GeForce GTX660, a Blu-Ray Combo Drive, plenty of ports & Windows 8 x64 OS, it's quite of a complete package though there's one problem that all HP PCs suffer: bloatware.

If only HP didn't throw everything into the PC, it would have been awarded by so many reviews by now...

Leadtek Winfast GTX650 Ti 2GD5. Any good?

hello fellow forumers. mind I ask some question regarding about Leadtek's newest arrival for the Kepler-based chipset graphics card, the Winfast GTX650 Ti 2GB GDDR5. saw this card being reviewed by GameAxis (GAX) Malaysia under the Hardware section in this month's issue. Is it a good buy for my gaming desktop rig I'm going to build or the ASUS ENGTX650 DC TOP Edition VGA card will be the only card of choice for me since my budget is on a tight RM1.9k or below limit.

help is much appreciated!! >w<

hello fellow forumers, I'm a complete newbie here & I need some advise on custom-built desktop PC which are around/under RM2k budget.

here's a sample specs of the rig I'm building (Intel-based build):

- Intel Core i5-3470 CPU
- Gigabyte Z77P-D3 mainboard
- Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
- MSI GeForce GTX650 OC 1GB graphics card
- Cooler Master Power GX Lite 550W PSU
- Cooler Master Elite 311 (with side window) (Blue).
- Cooler Master casing fans (3)
- Cooler Master Hyper 101 CPU cooler

for the HDD, OS & ODD... I have some of them as spares & haven't use them. So... is there any add-on or change of the hardwares which perform better with little or no increment from the stated budget such as consumer-grade SSD, punchier VGA card & performance RAM kits.

much help is appreciated >.<
