hi all, i would like to know, why the processor keep on lower down the multiplier itself ??
for example,

my proc suppose to run at 2.4Ghz
but now cpu -z show 2.0ghz

what option in bios to disable this ?

2) as both of them also dont have SSE4.1 when view the cpu-z
