Monitor Unable to On

Guys, my monitor samsung SyncMaster 943BW 19" it took 30 ~ 50 min to turn on the display by it self while the power are on and for power button keep blinking . Any sifu face this problem be4 and solve it as well.

Hi,
Need help on solving my PC all run smooth only no display on monitor (once it start ) and i change new 3d card same problem but after a few minutes (30min) only automatically the display turn on and any idea on this problem .... sifu
And 1 more thing , Can 3d card driver made any error ??

Hi guys or any sifu out there ,
I not sure why my PC got problem since i upgrade my PC by apply better supply and more storage (HDD).
Symtom:-

(1)Date/time not correct each time setted
(2)Once PC on at the first time after 12hrs LCD keep blinking like no responding however the pc not hang only black screen and no window appear.(how i know is not hang because i click the num lock button it functioning.

Comments: After a few min it stable and back in normal.
