TNB 14k bill from previous Tenant

need advise from all sifu here.
a shoplot now owe 14k TNB bill from previous tenant (which obviously runaway with few months unpaid rental)

previously TNB cut the supply(took out fuse) when unpaid bill for TNB at RM1,800+
then this "genius" buy new fuse and DIY. and continue to enjoy the electricity without paying a single cents

we only realized when new tenant wanna move in and reconnect back the fuse.

How to pay RM14k bill?!! not fair!
but what can I do now?!! please, need help urgently... tqtq

Is anyone know is there any new condo/apartment going to build behind Pangsapuri Bukit Segambut (Bukit Segambut Apartment).

I "heard" there will be 21 storey high rise building behind the empty land.

Anyone has the information?!
or how can I check on that?

I been to see Denai Alam today, nice place... but a little bit out of my budget.
Cheapest currently they had is 315k.. 20' X 65 ':blink:

Then I turn to see the bukit subang area, which is just beside Denai Alam only.
Quite numbers of Double storey terrace house - Freehold..
20' X 70' , price is about 260-270k. About 4-5 years old.

It look nice, for few design.
Any comment on this? or anybody stayed there can share?

I receive error message like "iexplorer.exe had generated an error....."plus when I access My Computer, control panel, my network place.. it will HANG(not responding).
but I can open outlook express.
what is the problem?

Personal equipment
Modem: ADSL Modem/router - Prolink H9000S
Router: LinkSys cable/DSL router with 4 port switch

Problem details
I would like to connect using my Linksys router and share connection but I cant!
Is there any configuration changes I need to make.
Do i need to change the IP since both are different
Linksys router IP is 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0
Prolink Modem/router IP is 10.0.0.2 255.0.0.0

really need help !!
