I got no money; 2. Prices for house will not drop as easy as other things, like value of Ringgit Malaysia.<br /><br />So I survey online... and sometimes I discuss with friends. I found that sometimes, the price I heard from friends, they are much more cheaper than the online price. For example, I search online, a condo selling 400k, and from the source of my friend, his relatives buying at 370k. As well as renting property. How come I saw people rent online RM1800, but some people can get it RM1400 per month. <br />Of course the specs is almost the same. floor/sqr feet etc..<br />Or the online one is waiting for people to call thousand times to nego? if nego there will be so much difference?<br /><br />I did know that the sales agent online always get from those offline people and sales it online.<br /><br />Is online price always more expensive than offline price?<br /><br />Sorry for improper language. Hope somebody guide.
