Help on Win 10 Key code on New HD

Hi all, I have a Dell Inspiron 620S (purchased in 2012) which comes with Win 7 Home Premium OS. Few year back I've free upgraded it to Win 10. Last week the HDD HD died and now I'm thinking to replace it with SSD HD. Now the problem is I've lost my backup CD, & I don't have Win 7 installation CD. But I do have the Win 7 key code, it's on the MS sticker stick on the PC case. How do install the Win 10 to the new HD without backup CD? If there is a way to install the Win 10, can I use the same Win 7 key code when installing the Win 10?
