Newly built rig rebooting itself

Hi fellow LYNers!

I need some advice on my newly built gaming rig. The specs are as follows.

CPU: i7-4790k
Mobo: Asus Hero VII
PSU: Corsair AX760
GPU: Asus GTX 780ti
RAM: Kingston 2400mhz Beast (8gb x 4)
Cooling: Swifttech h220x
SSD: Samsung Evo 240gb

The problem I'm facing with my PC is that it suddenly reboots itself. Meaning *poof black screen and restarts*. It happens more often under high load, but still possible on low load. Could anyone advise me on the possible problems that I'm facing? Thanks!

Edit: I've ran Prime95 on it and it lasts about 6 hours only before giving me the black screen restart. Tried to manually set my dram timings. OC or non-OC, the problem still persists. Already updated my bios, and problem is still there.
