good bike.
been everywhere with it.
took me through everything. and never had any major issues.
in fact never had any issue with it.

but after a while you seem to not get intimidated by it.
you don't get scared of it anymore. it slides, it wheelies, it slipped and you just smile and laugh and giggle in your helmet.

so you go out for test rides hoping to get bitten by the itch.

i'm thinking of a 3kW or 4kW system and get RM3k or RM4k rebate.
there's a high chance that i'll be getting an EV before the december 2025 expiry on EV tax break.
a 500bhp high performance AWD car for RM200k is a very interesting proposition. expecting another RM100-ish electricity cost the EV?

so any guidance and tips from /k expertise in very much appreciated.
any good solar installer that covers northern area that /k can suggest? i'll try to get site visit and quotation after this raya holiday.

I notice that there's no thread to gather all of the bike pics or places of interest that you have been.
Most people (including me) just post at the casual bike talk. And it'll soon be lost in all of the casual talk that we do over there.

So maybe a specific thread to gather all of the interesting places that you have been with your bike.
A placeholder of some sort so that others can maybe visit or plan to visit the same place.

In order to do that, include the GPS coordinate for the location or at least a rough guide to the place.

i've been using the mizu for a couple of changes now, really worth the cheap asking price.
can't guarantee it won't blow your engine if you do >300 on your panigale, but i frequently do >7k rpm and the oil seems to hold great.

i was targeting 3.5k OCI when i first tried the 15w50 but its still smooth to over 5k.
now on mizu 10w40

I got see one 2nd gen volvo s80 2.5t
Look very nice even stock without bodykit.
This one:

Simple survey shows market price is roughly rm60k-70k
I'm guess engine is same engine shared with s60 2.3 and 2.4. Since boost is stock at 0.6 and 0.8 bar prolly the turbo is also same Mitsubishi unit. The 5 speed autobox is from Aisin.

Wise /ktards know any known issues with this china car?
The inline 5 not the 4 pot ford engine.

been looking for a pipe in water dispenser like coway. but boils the water before storing it.
i don't drink unboiled water no matter how good the filtration is.

avoiding coway because of RO, and because of cost.
found this Tong Yang and Magic water dispenser selling in lelong, mudah and even some advertised in lowyat.

looks pretty and high quality. supposedly using LG compressor. and it (supposedly) boils all the water before storing or freezing them.
costs around RM1k, and the filters costs RM250-ish for a fullset of 4-5 element. looks easy enough to source or change with other compatible cartridges.

guys, i'm ordering a few poly tank/pe tank for ceiling installation.
opting for 300-500 gallons and looking at the prices some costs nearly RM1k while some brands with the same capacity only costs ~RM500-ish.

since the prices vary so much, any suggestions whether it's best to avoid the cheap cheap ones?
mind you, the cheap ones that i mentioned earlier have proper SIRIM certification and are tested to ISO standards.

so the question is, is it worth it to spend more?
considering that it'll be quite the hassle if should 500 gallons of water fall from the ceiling

lets get things straight.
1. i'm not a contractor. i'm not trying to sell you anything.
this is my own house, on my own piece of land. not a documentation on some other fella house/project.
2. respect is warranted. this is not kopitiam.

the initial plan was to acquire this land and build a house at this location:

effective ~10,000 sqft after minus all the road reserve and sea reserve.

imagine opening your door to this, every morning, for the rest of your life.

and kitchen and deck opens up to this

there's a wave breaker as you can see, and even at high tide, the sea level doesn't rise past the barrier. even then there's a drainage system to avoid seawater from going into paddy fields. MADA takes great precaution to avoid such situation from ever happening.

the land deal however, didn't went through. sigh.
proceeding with backup plan.

guys i really need advises here.
the budget is floating at circa-RM3k-ish. max i could go without complaints is RM3.5k

considering to get the Pioneer S-MS800 speaker set with Pioneer S-RS3SW sub and either the Pioneer VSX-819 or the Yamaha RX-V465.
i can't get an audition up here. no demo sets. so have to order blind from shops and hope that it sounds great in my living room.

i don't need dts-ma and true-hd, but think i'm gonna get hd audio support anyway. currently will output from my htpc either through coax or optical. would be used mainly for movies and maybe a little bit of mp3 music and rm radio.

which of the AVR you guys think would complement the S-MS800 and S-RS3SW sub better? the VSX-819 or the V465?
would appreciate any recomendations, pros/cons to the setup. thanks guys

Adobe Acrobat Professional in Windows 7?

i bought a new HDD just to try Windows 7 before committing to it.
and a good thing at that because i can't seem to get my Acrobat Professional version 8.0 to work on it. there's no PDF printer showing up in devices & printers. converting through adobe also won't get through. i says the setup is incomplete and even after recomended reinstallation, or even full reinstallation or run as administrator.

i tried manually installing the pdf printer in printer & devices, also no go.
any ideas? i really need acrobat to be working.
