The seller will not take it away.<br /><br />Then on the day of signing of S&amp;P at the lawyer&#39;s place, the seller says that he want to remove some fans and lights from the unit. In front of the lawyer, the buyer, another agent representing the seller and my wife, the agent says that he will replace back the fan for us. So we agreed for the seller to remove the fans and lights since the agent say he will put in for us.<br /><br />After all the process is completed and after we get the house key, I called the agent. The agent says that he is outstation and will fix for us after he comes back to Penang. Many weeks later, I called the agent back and he is not answering my phone. I messaged him in SMS and Whatsapp but no reply. The message status shows that he has read the message but he still no reply.<br /><br />My lawyer helped me to call the agent. Initially he answer my lawyer and says that his phone is damaged and he will contact me.<br />After around 1 week of not calling me and not answering my call, my lawyer called him again but this time he no longer answer my lawyer. The Whatsapp status shows he is online which seems fishy because how can he online if his phone is damaged? Besides, if he can online, then why he didn&#39;t reply my Whatsapp message? It really seems like he is running away from delivering his promises after we paid him the commission.<br /><br />If we were to buy the fans and light ourselves, it might cost less than RM500, so it&#39;s not practical for us to sue the agent. Although RM500 is not that much of money to some people but it is alot to us. Besides the money, it is also the unprofessionalism of the agent that really tickes me off. Before receiving the commission, everything we request, the response is &quot;Can can..&quot; (There are some holes in the ceiling and he even offer to patch the holes for us.). Now after receiving the commission, call also no answer. Worse is he is from one of the respectable Property company in Penang.<br /><br />So, what should I do..?
