Motherboard come with Intel 82583V network chip, but it is detected as 82574L by OS.

The motherboard maker confirmed it is a 82583V chip flashed with 82574L firmware.

A 82574L has 2 hardware receive queues and support MSI-X, while 82583V don't have either.

Anyone know if this is possible? By flashing firmware and have these extra hardware features.
