Where to modify projector cut-off shield

Recently bought a pair of Elantra projector headlight from ebay and found out the cut-off shield is designed for U.S road as they are driving on the left hand side. I am afraid that the beam might blind other road users so I would like to mod it to suitable for Malaysia road. I've seen people done mod on the cut-off shield online but I am total noob at this. Any workshop recommended around Shah Alam/Klang/Subang/PJ? Been to WRC in Bandar Sunway and seems like the guy working there don't know how to mod it.

Elantra MD 2012 Steering Wheel

Hi everyone! I have an Elantra MD 1.6 2012 which has DCT on it and I often play with the manual gears. Recently my leather on the steering wheel has flaked off, planned to do leather wrapping but I suddenly came across a chinese online shopping site which someone selling a really nice looking Elantra steering wheel. The problem is, it comes with a pair of paddle shifters and I was wondering is it possible to wire it to my Elantra and make it work.

As stated from the title, is domino's pizza malaysia website down? I have no prolem browsing by using mobile but in PC, no matter I use FF, GC or IE also the same, kept on showing unable to connect.
