Any ideas on uses of 2-Way Pioneer Speakers?

i've got this 2-way speakers from my friend, any ideas on how to use it and in what usage?
at first, i'm thinking of using it for my desktop as i love musics, movies and dramas, but i do not how to fix it.

do i need any extra devices in order to connect it to my PC?
i have very low budget only
any nice recommendations?
