I mean forgot to close coffee shop, or your pants ripped at backside there because backside too big, etc. <br /><br />Please share your experience. skyblu3 The Museum Of Kopitiam Mon, 06 Mar 2017 16:58:53 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3747132 First things first, I did not apply for this P1 4G as I had a very bad experience with P1 many years ago.<br />I got this 6-months free trial usage from the TM Unifi upgrade.<br /><br />Plan : ToGo 29 (Modem Rental, T1) 6 Months<br />Contract : 6 Month<br />Monthly Subscription Charge : RM29.00(Monthly Subscription Charge)<br /><br /><br />You see, the system registered my name on the 2nd April 2015 and P1 will send the bill statement on every 14th of the month. <br />So my first bill statement received was in May 2015 for the billing period of 14/04/2015 - 14/05/2015<br />Second bill (2nd month) received was in June 2015 for the billing period of 14/05/2015 - 14/06/2015<br />Third bill (3rd month) received was in July 2015 for the billing period of 14/06/2015 - 14/07/2015<br />Fourth bill (4th month) received was in August 2015 for the billing period of 14/07/2015 - 14/08/2015<br />Fifth bill (5th month) received was in August 2015 for the billing period of 14/08/2015 - 14/09/2015<br />Sixth bill (6th month) received was in Sept 2015 for the billion period of 14/09/2015 - 14/10/2015<br /><br />So by right, my 6 months of free usage will finished/expired some where in October (2nd October 2015).<br />I terminated/cancelled my account on the 12th or 13th October, just before next bill comes .<br /><br />However, I was slapped with the 7th bill (current) with charges of RM30.xx<br /><br />Called the P1 customer service. <br />I was told by the CS that my FIRST month of free usage is the short period between 2nd April 2015 until the first bill statement period (14th April 2015). <br />Which means that my FIRST month free usage is only for approx 12 days (2nd Apr &gt; 14th April)&#33; <br />No wonder the 6 months of free usage expired on the 5th Bill statement, and not the 6th Bill (October).<br /><br />THIS IS RIDICULOUS&#33; skyblu3 Networks and Broadband Sat, 17 Oct 2015 15:08:22 +0800
